March 12,Mesh analysis and quiz 2

Quiz 2 at beginning of class.

In class practice using mesh analysis.
Lab
Pre lab calculation
We using mesh analysis to calculate the three mesh current and then solve for V1.
V1=22000*0.112*10^(-3)=2.464V

Actual circuit been tested and Measured voltage
Measured current
All measurements in this lab
From the measurements we can see that the difference between theoretical voltage and experimental voltage is 7.19% and the difference between measured current and theoretical current is 2.69%. That may due to the inaccuracy of the resistance of resistors. Since we measured the resistors we used in this lab, they all a little bit off from theoretical value. The difference of voltage is lager because we use V=Ri so it gets more influence from inaccurate resistance value. All in all, the total difference is less than 10% we consider this lab successfully.
To improve the lab, we should measured the actual resistance and make another prediction and compare this prediction with experimental value.
